10.0 gls/28.0 btl'A medium to full bodied red wine showing its varietal characters or red fruit, spice, clove, herbal tea, and bramble with approachable aromatics that open quickly in a glass. The aromatics are complex, and move from red fruit to green herb and some kind of bramble oak, some toasted oak, to citrus transitions occur fairly quickly. A supple mouth-feel shows bright fruit flavor transitioning into an accentuated finish with bright acidity and some spice. Significant tannins on the finish, textually good and young, prolonged after-taste increasing as wine continues to breathe.

On the palate, the wine is seamless and has perfect balance. Fresh acidity, supple tannins and red fruit flavors create a synergy that is absolutely captivating and expressive of the very best that a Grenache-based wine can possibly offer, including a long fragrant finish.
10.0 gls/28.0 btlFocused and deep aromatics offering an array of licorice, blueberry, vanilla, and currant that intermingles with a variety of spices such as mint and sage. On the palate, there are flavors of black fruits and cassis wound beautifully together with black cherry, dark chocolate and espresso. A nicely structured mid palate leads to a supple and sleek finish.
Adding roasted malt to a light base helped achieve the body and color of a traditional Pale Ale with a lighter mouth feel. To develop a true pale ale taste, Cooper River added 3 varieties of west coast hops throughout for stages of the boil. To give it that killer tropical note and aftertaste, 3 more Washington State Hops were added during the extensive dry hop phase.
Athena is a refreshing, gently tart German-style wheat beer. This take on the classic Berliner Weisse is brewed with a house blend of lactobacillus, which imparts notes of citrus, cider, and sauvignon blanc.
A finely nuanced pilsner features German Hallertau Blanc hops and three other Hallertau region varietals. Saphir, Perle, and Hersbrucker hops add notes of stone fruit, pepper, and lush grass to the German pilsner malt body. Cold fermented with lager yeast for a crisp, dry finish.
